Stat. tit. 70, § 70-6-204.5","heading":"Professional Development Institutes Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Commission for Teacher Preparation to be designated\n\nthe \"Professional Development Institutes Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies appropriated or transferred to the\n\nfund by the Legislature.
