Stat. tit. 70, § 70-6-206","heading":"Annual bonus for school psychologist, speech-language","body":"pathologist, audiologist - Qualifications - Calculation - Increase.\n\nA. Subject to the availability of funds, the State Board of\n\nEducation shall provide an annual salary bonus in the amount of Five\n\nThousand Dollars ($5,000.00) no later than January 31 of each year\n\nto the following employees of public school districts:\n\n1. Any school psychologist who has been designated as a\n\nNationally Certified School Psychologist by the National School\n\nPsychology Certification Board; and\n\n2. Any speech-language pathologist or audiologist who holds a\n\nCertificate of Clinical Competence awarded by the American Speech-\n\nLanguage Hearing Association.\n\nB. The State Board of Education shall adopt rules for the\n\nprovision of the bonus pursuant to this section to include, but not\n\nbe limited to, a process by which a nationally certified school\n\npsychologist, speech-language pathologist and audiologist may verify\n\nthat:\n\n1. The individual is still employed by a school district;\n\n2. The certification required in subsection A of this section\n\nhas been attained and has not lapsed; and\n\n3. The individual is licensed to practice in this state.\n\nC. An individual who qualifies for the bonus pursuant to this\n\nsection and who is employed by a school district on less than a\n\nfull-time basis, shall receive a pro-rated bonus based on the\n\nproportionate equivalency to full-time employment.\n\nD. No school or school district shall be liable for payment of\n\nbonuses pursuant to this section. The bonus shall not be included\n\nin the calculation of salary for purposes of meeting the district or\n\nstatutory minimum salary schedule or for purposes of calculating\n\nTeachers’ Retirement System of Oklahoma contributions or benefits.\n\nE.
