Stat. tit. 70, § 70-6003","heading":"Creation of Oklahoma Tuition Trust - Investment advisory","body":"committee.\n\nA. There is hereby created the \"Oklahoma Tuition Trust\". The\n\npurposes, powers, and duties of the Oklahoma Tuition Trust are\n\nvested in and shall be exercised by the Oklahoma State Regents for\n\nHigher Education.\n\nB. The Regents may delegate to its chairperson or any other\n\nperson such functions and authority as the Regents consider\n\nnecessary or appropriate. These functions may include, but are not\n\nlimited to, the oversight and supervision of employees of the\n\nRegents which implement the Oklahoma Tuition Trust Act.\n\nC. The Regents may create an investment advisory committee.\n\nThe committee shall be composed of five (5) members appointed by the\n\nRegents. The members shall have skill and experience in the\n\nbusiness and financial fields. The members shall serve at the\n\npleasure of the Regents.
