Stat. tit. 70, § 70-6007","heading":"Payments on behalf of beneficiaries - Scholarship","body":"refunds.\n\nA. Within thirty (30) days of written notice to the Regents\n\nthat a qualified beneficiary is enrolled in and attending classes\n\nfor a given semester, quarter, term, or session, the Regents shall\n\npay to the appropriate institution of higher education the then\n\nactual in-state fees on behalf of the qualified beneficiary.\n\nB. If a qualified beneficiary or a nonresident beneficiary\n\nreceives a scholarship which reduces the cost of tuition at the\n\ninstitution of higher education which such beneficiary attends, then\n\nthe institution of higher education shall notify the Regents of the\n\nscholarship and its amount. The Regents shall refund the amount of\n\nthe scholarship to the person designated in the contract as the\n\nappropriate person to receive a refund. The Regents shall pay to\n\nthe institution of higher education the tuition amount less the\n\nscholarship amount.
