Stat. tit. 70, § 70-6012","heading":"Unauthorized loans and other transfers - Ceiling on","body":"tuition aid grants.\n\nA. Except as provided in subsection B of this section, the\n\nassets of the Trust shall be preserved, invested, and expended\n\nsolely pursuant to and for the purposes set forth in the Oklahoma\n\nTuition Trust Act and shall not be loaned or otherwise transferred\n\nor used by the state for any purpose other than the purposes of the\n\nOklahoma Tuition Trust Act. This section shall not be construed to\n\nprohibit the Trust from investing in, by purchase or otherwise,\n\nbonds, notes, or other obligations of the state, an agency of the\n\nstate, or an instrumentality of the state.\n\nB.
