Stat. tit. 70, § 70-615","heading":"Basis of apportionment","body":"The apportionment shall be made to the school districts of the\n\ncounty on the basis of school population as determined pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of Section 56 of this act for the preceding school\n\nyear as certified by the State Board of Education. The\n\nCommissioners of the Land Office, in distributing all funds\n\nmentioned in this section, shall draw their order on the State\n\nTreasurer or other officer having custody of such funds, in favor of\n\nthe schools of the counties respectively, entitled to school monies,\n\nusing electronic funds transfer as defined by the Office of the\n\nOklahoma State Treasurer: Provided, that the federal appropriation\n\nmade shall be apportioned by said Commissioners, to the several\n\nschools, entitled to the same under Act of Congress providing for\n\nsaid appropriation, in proportion to the number of children of\n\nschool age shown by the last federal census.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"419a453d492ec0116b8da8e771c1628150f6ef6533b6a3a2e4d3397267daeb6c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-614","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-616"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
