Stat. tit. 70, § 70-621.1","heading":"Purposes for which funds expended","body":"\n\nThe institutions of higher learning eligible for participation\n\nin the Section Thirteen Fund and the New College Fund, as provided\n\nin the Enabling Act, Sections 8 and 12; the Constitution of the\n\nState of Oklahoma, Article XI, Sections 1 and 5; Title 70, Section\n\n617, O.S. 1951; and Title 64, Section 355, O.S. 1951, are hereby\n\nauthorized to expend said funds from time to time as needs arise for\n\nthe construction and purchase of buildings, for the purchase of\n\nequipment, and for other capital additions.
