Stat. tit. 70, § 70-625.4a","heading":"Health Care Workforce Training Commission Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Health Care Workforce Training Commission to be designated\n\nthe \"Health Care Workforce Training Commission Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations and shall consist of all payments received by the\n\nCommission pursuant to Sections 625.3 and 625.10a of this title.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Health Care\n\nWorkforce Training Commission for any expenses incurred in the\n\nimplementation of its duties.
