Stat. tit. 70, § 70-625.6","heading":"Contracts","body":"Each applicant, before being granted a scholarship, shall enter\n\ninto a contract with the Commission agreeing to the terms and\n\nconditions upon which the scholarship shall be granted to the\n\napplicant. Said contract shall include such terms and provisions as\n\nwill carry out the full purpose and intent of this act and the form\n\nthereof shall be prepared and approved by the Attorney General.\n\nSaid contracts shall be signed by the Secretary on behalf of the\n\nCommission and by the applicant.
