Stat. tit. 70, § 70-628.18","heading":"Appropriation - Amendment","body":"Not less than One Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars\n\n($1,250,000.00) of the funds appropriated by Section 4 of this act\n\nshall be used for the purpose of establishing new special education\n\nclasses in school districts. Provided, none of such appropriation\n\nshall be allocated to school districts for existing programs or\n\nclasses.
