There is hereby created until November 30, 2022, a task\n\nforce to study and make recommendations regarding the current and\n\nfuture concurrent enrollment needs of the state and pathways for\n\nawarding degrees and certificates through concurrent enrollment.\n\nB. The task force shall be comprised of fourteen (14) members\n\nto be appointed as follows:\n\n1. Two members of the Senate, appointed by the President Pro\n\nTempore of the Senate, one of whom shall be designated co-chair of\n\nthe task force;\n\n2. Two members of the House of Representatives, appointed by\n\nthe Speaker of the House of Representatives, one of whom shall be\n\ndesignated co-chair of the task force;\n\n3. Three school district superintendents, appointed by the\n\nState Superintendent of Public Instruction;\n\n4. Two presidents of two-year institutions within The Oklahoma\n\nState System of Higher Education or their designees, appointed by\n\nthe Chancellor of Higher Education;\n\n5. Two presidents of comprehensive institutions within The\n\nOklahoma State System of Higher Education or their designees,\n\nappointed by the Chancellor of Higher Education;\n\n6. Two presidents of regional institutions within The Oklahoma\n\nState System of Higher Education or their designees, appointed by\n\nthe Chancellor of Higher Education; and\n\n7. The Chancellor of Higher Education or a designee.\n\nC. Appointments to the task force shall be made within thirty\n\n(30) days after the effective date of this act. The task force\n\nshall conduct an organizational meeting not later than September 1,\n\n2021.\n\nD. A quorum of the task force shall be required to approve any\n\nfinal action of the task force. For purposes of this section, eight\n\nmembers shall constitute a quorum.\n\nE. The task force may meet as often as may be required to\n\nperform the duties imposed upon it.\n\nF. The meetings of the task force shall be subject to the\n\nOklahoma Open Meeting Act.\n\nG. Members of the task force shall receive no compensation or\n\ntravel reimbursement.\n\nH. The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education and the\n\nSenate shall provide staff and administrative support for the task\n\nforce.\n\nI.
