Stat. tit. 70, § 70-628.2","heading":"Study of income received for revolving funds","body":"The State Regents should make a thorough study of the income\n\nreceived for the revolving fund of each institution and other budget\n\nagency to determine that all educational budget income, as defined\n\nby the law creating the revolving fund, the State Budget Law, and\n\nthe manual of the National Committee on Standard Reports, is being\n\ncollected and deposited by each institution into the revolving fund\n\nof the State Treasury as provided by law; but, in keeping with the\n\ndefinition of \"revolving fund\" recommended in the Second Annual\n\nReport of the Oklahoma Commission on Education, income from gifts,\n\nresearch grants and contracts which is deposited for the revolving\n\nfund of any institution shall not be considered by the Oklahoma\n\nState Regents for Higher Education in determining the allocation of\n\nstate appropriated funds to each institution.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"f5f7e2f615e7a03c6f2edbdea094bdaef2a8367f15b6ed4db3ac9bb3899632e0","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-628.19","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-628.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
