Stat. tit. 70, § 70-634","heading":"Default - Foreclosure - Receivership","body":"In case of default in the payment of interest due upon any loan\n\nmade by the Commissioners of the Land Office or upon the failure of\n\nthe mortgagor, or his assigns, to comply with any of the terms or\n\nconditions of any mortgage as therein provided, it shall be the duty\n\nof any court of competent jurisdiction in action to foreclose such\n\nmortgage upon the application of the Commissioners and a showing of\n\ndefault or breach of any of the terms of said mortgage to appoint a\n\nreceiver to take charge of the real estate covered by said mortgage\n\nwhich said receiver shall be authorized and empowered to take full\n\ncharge of said real estate pending the final determination of said\n\naction, and the occupant of said premises, whether he be the fee\n\nowner of said real estate or otherwise, shall surrender possession\n\nof said real estate to the said receiver or secure a lease on said\n\npremises from the said receiver and shall account to said receiver\n\nfor all rents arising from said real estate, and the court wherein\n\nsaid action is pending shall have authority to enforce the\n\nprovisions hereof by ordering the removal of the occupant of the\n\npremises involved in any action, in case said occupant should fail\n\nto comply with the provisions hereof.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"173b7c8c4e0c90a10f72261143fea930a179472f3566e9185cc389eae7afeb97","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-632","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-635"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
