Stat. tit. 70, § 70-695.10","heading":"Refunding bonds","body":"The Authority may, by resolution, provide for the issuance of\n\nrefunding bonds to refund any outstanding bonds issued under the\n\nOklahoma Student Loan Act, together with accrued interest thereon.\n\nProvisions governing the issuance and sale of bonds under the\n\nOklahoma Student Loan Act govern the issuance and sale of refunding\n\nbonds insofar as applicable.
