Stat. tit. 70, § 70-695.12","heading":"Repayments to Student Loan Sinking Fund","body":"All money received by the Oklahoma Student Loan Authority as\n\nrepayment of student loans granted under the Oklahoma Student Loan\n\nAct and interest on the loans shall be credited to the \"Student Loan\n\nSinking Fund\" of the Authority. The resolution authorizing the\n\nissuance of the bonds may provide for deposit from bond proceeds of\n\nnot to exceed twenty-four (24) months' interest, and may provide for\n\nuse of bond proceeds as a reserve for the payment of principal and\n\ninterest on the bonds.
