Stat. tit. 70, § 70-695.4","heading":"Trustees","body":"Any trustee appointed to the Authority shall, at the time of the\n\nappointment, be a citizen and resident of the State of Oklahoma for\n\nat least one (1) year prior to the date of appointment. The\n\nAuthority shall consist of five (5) members appointed by the\n\nGovernor with the advice and consent of the Senate. The members\n\nshall be removable for cause. The regular term of each member shall\n\nbe five (5) years.\n\nThe trustees shall elect a chairman and secretary and each shall\n\nserve until a successor is elected and qualified and shall perform\n\nsuch duties as the trustees direct.\n\nThe trustees shall adopt rules and regulations as they deem\n\nnecessary for the governing of the Authority and the discharge of\n\nits duties and may do all things necessary or convenient to make the\n\nAuthority effective for the purpose for which it is created.\n\nThe trustees shall be reimbursed pursuant to the State Travel\n\nReimbursement Act, Section 500.1 et seq. of Title 74 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes from funds available to the Authority while traveling to\n\nand from official meetings of the Authority and for travel on other\n\nofficial business of the Authority.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"067a1fbb3a80165f312ed65e29092ae41431014d935cbff9e9e831908ea9101a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-695.3","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-695.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
