The Health Care Workforce Training Commission is authorized\n\nto enter into contractual arrangements with individual hospitals and\n\nclinical programs for the reimbursement of intern or resident salary\n\ncost not to exceed the limits established by Section 697.2 of this\n\ntitle. Provided, that residency and internship positions created\n\nprior to the spring semester 1975 shall be eligible for\n\nparticipation in the cost-sharing program for internship and\n\nresidency training as established by Sections 697.1 through 697.8 of\n\nthis title, only if partial funding of said positions will allow the\n\ncreation of additional positions in whole or in part at the\n\nparticipating hospital or clinical situation. The participating\n\nhospital or clinical situation shall document in a manner specified\n\nby the Commission the extent to which funding of a previously\n\ncreated and established position contributes directly to the\n\ncreation of additional positions at the participating hospital or\n\nclinical situation.\n\nB. The Commission is authorized, in cooperation with the\n\nOklahoma Health Care Authority, to enter into contractual\n\narrangements with the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and\n\nthe Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine for\n\nthe reimbursement of intern and resident professional liability\n\ninsurance cost which shall not be subject to the limits established\n\nin Section 697.2 of this title. Any and all intern and resident\n\npositions are eligible for reimbursement of intern and resident\n\nprofessional liability insurance cost.\n\nC. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Health Care Workforce Training Commission to be\n\ndesignated the \"Intern and Residents Professional Liability\n\nInsurance Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the Health Care Workforce Training Commission for reimbursement\n\nof intern and residency professional liability insurance costs. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the Health Care Workforce\n\nTraining Commission for such costs.
