Stat. tit. 70, § 70-697.18","heading":"Contracts between communities and nonresident","body":"physicians - Community Match Revolving Fund.\n\nA community may enter into a contract with a physician who is a\n\ngraduate from an accredited medical school whereby such physician\n\nagrees to establish a practice in that community. The Health Care\n\nWorkforce Training Commission shall have the authority to receive\n\nfunds direct from that community for the purpose of paying the\n\nphysician involved to the extent of the contractual arrangement.\n\nMonies received by the Commission under the provisions of this\n\nsection shall be deposited to and disbursed from, the \"Community\n\nMatch Revolving Fund\" hereby created in the State Treasury. The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund not subject to legislative\n\nappropriation of fiscal year limitations.
