Stat. tit. 70, § 70-697.26","heading":"Oklahoma Hospital Residency Training Program Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Hospital Residency Training Program Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nOklahoma Health Care Authority from state funds, federal funds,\n\ngrants, contracts, and private gifts or bequests dedicated to or for\n\nthe Oklahoma Hospital Residency Training Program. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority for\n\nthe purpose of administering the Oklahoma Hospital Residency\n\nTraining Program.
