Stat. tit. 70, § 70-697.3","heading":"Membership of Commission - Travel expenses","body":"The Health Care Workforce Training Commission shall be composed\n\nof nine (9) members appointed by the Governor with the advice and\n\nconsent of the Senate. Upon the expiration of the term of one of\n\nthe nonphysician members, three members shall be practicing\n\nallopathic physicians, three shall be practicing osteopathic\n\nphysicians, two shall be registered nurses, and one shall be a\n\nmember of the general public. The membership shall be appointed\n\nfrom diverse geographic areas of the state. No board member serving\n\non November 1, 2001, shall be removed from the board to satisfy the\n\nrequirements of this section, but appointments to fill vacancies\n\nsubsequent to November 1, 2001, shall be subject to the requirements\n\nof this section. Members of the Commission shall be appointed for\n\nfive-year terms, and succeeding terms of office shall be five (5)\n\nyears in duration. There shall be also twelve additional nonvoting\n\nex officio members of the Commission who shall serve in an advisory\n\ncapacity only and include the Dean of the University of Oklahoma\n\nCollege of Medicine or designee, the Dean of the University of\n\nOklahoma College of Medicine - Tulsa or designee, the Chair of the\n\nDepartment of Family Medicine of the University of Oklahoma Health\n\nSciences Center or designee, the Chair of the Department of Family\n\nPractice of the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine - Tulsa\n\nor designee, the Chair of the Department of General Practice of the\n\nOklahoma College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery or designee,\n\nthe President of the Oklahoma Academy of Family Physicians or\n\ndesignee, the President of the Oklahoma State Medical Association or\n\ndesignee, the President of the Oklahoma State Osteopathic\n\nAssociation or designee, the President of the Oklahoma Hospital\n\nAssociation or designee, the State Commissioner of Health or\n\ndesignee, the Provost of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences\n\nCenter or designee, and the Dean of the Oklahoma College of\n\nOsteopathic Medicine and Surgery or designee.
