Stat. tit. 70, § 70-697.4","heading":"Chairman and vice-chairman - Meetings - Quorum","body":"The members of the Commission shall elect annually by a simple\n\nmajority of the total members present at a regular meeting, a member\n\nto serve as chairman and a member to serve as vice-chairman. The\n\nchairman shall preside at all meetings of the Commission and shall\n\nhave the power to call meetings of the Commission with proper\n\nnotice. The vice-chairman shall perform these functions in the\n\nabsence or incapacity of the chairman. A quorum shall consist of a\n\nsimple majority of the total membership of the Commission.
