Stat. tit. 70, § 70-697.7","heading":"Contractual arrangement with medical programs -","body":"Residency Revolving Fund.\n\nThe Health Care Workforce Training Commission is hereby\n\nauthorized to enter into contractual arrangements with residency\n\ntraining programs at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine,\n\nUniversity of Oklahoma-Tulsa Medical College, or the Oklahoma\n\nCollege of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, in order to enhance\n\navailable funding for the training of primary care residents and to\n\npay the cost of the salary stipend and expenses of the resident\n\nphysician for the period of time spent in the residency programs.\n\nMonies received by the Commission from the participating residency\n\ntraining program under the provisions of this section shall be\n\ndeposited to, and disbursed from, the \"Residency Revolving Fund\"\n\nhereby created in the State Treasury. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund not subject to legislative appropriation or fiscal\n\nyear limitations.
