Stat. tit. 70, § 70-697.8","heading":"Contracts with residents - Community Residency Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nA community may enter into a contract with a resident physician\n\nin training whereby the resident agrees to establish a practice in\n\nthe community upon the completion of the individual's residency.\n\nThe Health Care Workforce Training Commission shall have the\n\nauthority to receive funds direct from that community for the\n\npurpose of paying the resident involved to the extent of the\n\ncontractual arrangements. Monies received by the Commission under\n\nthe provisions of this section shall be deposited to, and disbursed\n\nfrom, the \"Community Residency Revolving Fund\" hereby created in the\n\nState Treasury. The fund shall be a continuing fund not subject to\n\nlegislative appropriation or fiscal year limitations.
