Stat. tit. 70, § 70-698.5","heading":"Grow Your Own Educator Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Board of Education to be designated the “Grow Your Own\n\nEducator Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies\n\nreceived by the State Board of Education from legislative\n\nappropriations provided for the purpose of implementing the Grow\n\nYour Own Educator Program created in Section 1 of this act. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the Board for the purpose\n\nprovided for in this section.
