Stat. tit. 70, § 70-699","heading":"Financial assistance applicant to prove compliance with","body":"Military Selective Service Act.\n\nAny student who applies for any type of state-provided financial\n\nassistance, including, but not limited to, grants, loans,\n\nscholarships or other types of aid provided pursuant to the Student\n\nEducational Assistance Fund established pursuant to Section 622 of\n\nthis title, the Oklahoma Rural Medical Education Loan and\n\nScholarship Fund, established pursuant to Section 625.1 of this\n\ntitle, the Oklahoma Higher Education Tuition Aid Program,\n\nestablished pursuant to the Oklahoma Higher Education Tuition Aid\n\nAct, the Osteopathy Education Assistance Fund established pursuant\n\nto Section 627.1 of this title, or the Oklahoma Student Loan program\n\nestablished pursuant to the Oklahoma Student Loan Act, before\n\nreceiving such aid, shall prove to the satisfaction of the issuing\n\nagency that such student is in compliance with the provisions of the\n\nMilitary Selective Service Act, 50 U.S.C.A.
