Stat. tit. 70, § 70-7-106","heading":"Buildings - Rented, moved, or sold","body":"No building or appendages thereto of any school district that has\n\nbeen annexed to another school district or districts shall be\n\nrented, moved or sold by the board of education of the annexing\n\ndistrict or districts without the approval of a majority of the\n\nschool district electors in the annexed district voting on the\n\nproposition, if such building is being used at least once each\n\nninety (90) days for public gatherings.
