Stat. tit. 70, § 70-8-101","heading":"Right to transfer","body":"Any student residing in a school district that does not offer\n\nthe grade which the student is entitled to pursue shall be allowed\n\nto transfer to a school district inside or outside of the\n\ntransportation area in which the student resides which offers the\n\ngrade the student is entitled to pursue. The district to which the\n\nstudent transfers shall be referred to as the receiving district.
