A student athlete or, if the athlete is a minor, the parent\n\nor guardian of the athlete may cancel an agency contract by giving\n\nnotice in a record of cancellation to the athlete agent not later\n\nthan fourteen (14) days after the contract is signed.\n\nB. A student athlete or, if the athlete is a minor, the parent\n\nor guardian of the athlete may not waive the right to cancel an\n\nagency contract.\n\nC.
