An athlete agent shall create and retain for five (5) years\n\nrecords of the following:\n\n1. The name and address of each individual represented by the\n\nagent;\n\n2. Each agency contract entered into by the agent; and\n\n3. The direct costs incurred by the agent in the recruitment or\n\nsolicitation of each student athlete to enter into an agency\n\ncontract.\n\nB.
