An athlete agent who violates Section 14 of this act is\n\nguilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a\n\nfine of not less than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) and not more\n\nthan Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00), or to\n\nimprisonment not to exceed one (1) year, or to both such fine and\n\nimprisonment.\n\nB. An athlete agent who violates Section 14 of this act upon a\n\nsecond or subsequent conviction shall be guilty of a felony and\n\nsubject to a fine of not less than Fifty Thousand Dollars\n\n($50,000.00) and not more than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars\n\n($500,000.00), or to imprisonment not to exceed three (3) years, or\n\nto both such fine and imprisonment. All prior convictions in any\n\nstate of acts that would constitute a violation under Section 14 of\n\nthis act shall also constitute prior convictions under this section.\n\nC.
