A student athlete may obtain professional representation\n\nfor the purpose of securing payment for the use of his or her name,\n\nimage, or likeness without penalty, resulting limitation on\n\nparticipation, or effect on the student-athlete’s athletic grant-in-\n\naid eligibility.\n\n2. Any professional representation agreement shall:\n\na. be in writing,\n\nb. be executed by both parties,\n\nc. clearly describe the obligations of the parties, and\n\nd. outline fees for the professional representation.\n\n3. An individual or entity engaged for professional\n\nrepresentation by a student athlete shall ensure the student athlete\n\ndiscloses the professional relationship to the postsecondary\n\ninstitution as required by this section.\n\nB. A student athlete who enters into a contract providing\n\npayment to the student athlete for use of his or her name, image, or\n\nlikeness or for professional representation shall disclose the\n\ncontract in a manner designated by the postsecondary institution.\n\nC.
