The Administrative Procedures Act applies to the Revised\n\nUniform Athlete Agents Act. The Secretary of State may adopt rules\n\nunder the Administrative Procedures Act to implement the Revised\n\nUniform Athlete Agents Act.\n\nB. By acting as an athlete agent in this state, a nonresident\n\nindividual appoints the Secretary of State as the individual's agent\n\nfor service of process in any civil action in this state related to\n\nthe individual acting as an athlete agent in this state.\n\nC.
