The Secretary of State may limit, suspend, revoke or refuse\n\nto renew a registration of an individual registered under subsection\n\nA of Section 6 of this act for conduct that would have justified\n\nrefusal to issue a certificate of registration under subsection B of\n\nSection 6 of this act.\n\nB.
