Stat. tit. 70, § 70-820.9","heading":"Registration and renewal fees","body":"REGISTRATION AND RENEWAL FEES.\n\nA. An application for registration or renewal of registration\n\nas an athlete agent must be accompanied by a fee in the following\n\namount:\n\n1. One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for an initial application\n\nfor registration;\n\n2. One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for registration based on a\n\ncertificate of registration issued by another state;\n\n3. One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for an application for\n\nrenewal of registration; or\n\n4. One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for renewal of registration\n\nbased on a renewal of registration in another state.\n\nB. Any registration in this state as an athlete agent under\n\nprior law which has not expired before January 1, 2022, shall\n\ncontinue to be valid until the date the registration expires.\n\nC.
