Stat. tit. 70, § 70-821.7","heading":"Acquisition of property - Eminent domain","body":"Any such independent school district or board of trustees is\n\nhereby authorized to acquire property real or personal in any manner\n\nin which property may be acquired by any person or corporation, and\n\nin addition thereto any such independent school district acting for\n\nitself or for such board of trustees, may acquire by eminent domain\n\nthe fee simple title to any property within the corporate limits of\n\nsuch independent school district which is needed for such purposes\n\nin the discretion of such governing body.
