Stat. tit. 70, § 70-9-110","heading":"Special Transportation Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created a revolving fund, to be known and\n\ndesignated as the \"Special Transportation Revolving Fund,\" which\n\nshall consist of all appropriations made for the purposes\n\nhereinafter designated and shall also include all proceeds resulting\n\nfrom the use and/or resale of pupil-transportation equipment\n\npurchased out of monies in said revolving fund.
