Stat. tit. 70, § 70-9-112","heading":"Lease of equipment","body":"Any such eligible school district and the State Board of\n\nEducation may enter into a lease contract, in writing, for the use\n\nby such school district of one or more of such pupil-transportation\n\nequipment units during the then current fiscal year, at the annual\n\nrental value of such unit or units determined in the manner provided\n\nfor herein, but which contract may be entered into only against a\n\nthen current item of appropriation for \"Transportation Operation.\"\n\nAny school district which lawfully leases one or more of such pupil-\n\ntransportation equipment units from the State Board of Education\n\nduring any fiscal year shall be eligible to enter into a like\n\ncontract for the same unit or units during and for the ensuing\n\nfiscal year, and shall also be eligible to purchase the same such\n\nunits, as provided for herein, even though such district then has\n\nsufficient funds available or may then legally issue its bonds for\n\nthe purchase of other pupil-transportation equipment.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"3a3c6d9858a799f52c011001a6a1f0644f77861454ef4b04d4a4448eaafc5034","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-9-111","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-9-113"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
