Stat. tit. 70, § 70-9-115","heading":"Care of equipment","body":"Any school district leasing any such pupil-transportation\n\nequipment from the State Board of Education shall at its own cost\n\nand expense procure such equipment from the State Board of\n\nEducation, keep such equipment, including all tires, tubes and\n\naccessories thereon and therewith, in good repair during the time\n\nthe same shall be in its possession, and, at the expiration of the\n\nterm of such lease, unless such equipment be purchased or again\n\nleased by such district, return such equipment to the State Board of\n\nEducation in as good condition as when received, ordinary wear and\n\ntear alone excepted.
