Stat. tit. 70, § 70-9013","heading":"Annexation or deannexation of territory - Resolution by","body":"board of regents - Petition.\n\nAfter the formation of a higher education funding district\n\nauthorized by this act, the question of annexation or deannexation\n\nof territory comprising the district may be submitted either by\n\nresolution of the board of regents for the institution within The\n\nOklahoma State System of Higher Education for whose benefit the\n\ndistrict was created or by a petition signed by ten percent (10%) or\n\nmore of the eligible voters of the district.
