There is hereby created an Oklahoma NCAA Division II\n\nAthletic Conference Exploration Commission. The Commission shall be\n\nresponsible for exploring and making recommendations regarding the\n\ncreation of a new NCAA Division II athletic conference consisting of\n\nOklahoma NCAA Division II schools and others to be determined and\n\nnamed at a later date.\n\nB. The Commission shall initially be composed of ten (10)\n\nmembers as follows:\n\n1. The president of Northeastern State University;\n\n2. The president of Southwestern Oklahoma State University;\n\n3. The president of Northwestern Oklahoma State University;\n\n4. The president of Southeastern Oklahoma State University;\n\n5. The president of East Central University;\n\n6. The president of Cameron University;\n\n7. The president of Rogers State University;\n\n8. The president of Oklahoma Christian University;\n\n9. The president of Southern Nazarene University; and\n\n10. The president of Oklahoma Baptist University.\n\nC. Membership of the Commission may be expanded to include\n\nother institutional presidents by a majority vote of the initial\n\nmembership of the Commission if deemed appropriate.\n\nD.
