Stat. tit. 70, § 70-9108","heading":"Oklahoma NCAA Division II Athletic Conference Exploration","body":"Commission Revolving Fund.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma NCAA Division II Athletic Conference\n\nExploration Commission to be designated the \"Oklahoma NCAA Division\n\nII Athletic Conference Exploration Commission Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nOklahoma NCAA Division II Athletic Conference Exploration Commission\n\nfrom appropriations, gifts, grants, donations, and bequests. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma NCAA Division II\n\nAthletic Conference Exploration Commission for the purpose of\n\nimplementing the provisions of this act. Expenditures from the fund\n\nshall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against\n\nclaims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nB. The Commission may make expenditures from the Oklahoma NCAA\n\nDivision II Athletic Conference Exploration Commission Revolving\n\nFund to cover expenses related to studies, meetings, consultations,\n\nand other necessary activities. Funding that is not expended by the\n\nCommission may be used as necessary to perform the necessary\n\nactivities to create the Conference. These funds can be used for\n\nboth the initial operating costs of the Conference as well as funds\n\nrequired by conference institutions to pay fees to exit their\n\ncurrent conference affiliation. Additional funding may be sought\n\nfrom private or nonprofit sources, if necessary.\n\nC.
