Stat. tit. 71, § 71-1-409","heading":"Withdrawal of registration of broker-dealer, agent,","body":"investment adviser, and investment adviser representative.\n\nWithdrawal of registration by a broker-dealer, agent, investment\n\nadviser, or investment adviser representative becomes effective\n\nsixty (60) days after the filing of the application to withdraw or\n\nwithin any shorter period as provided by rule adopted or order\n\nissued under this act unless a revocation or suspension proceeding\n\nis pending when the application is filed. If a proceeding is\n\npending, withdrawal becomes effective when and upon such conditions\n\nas required by rule adopted or order issued under this act.
