A person who willfully violates this act, or a rule adopted\n\nor order issued under this act, except Section 1-504 of this title\n\nor the notice filing requirements of Section 1-302 or 1-405 of this\n\ntitle, or that willfully violates Section 1-505 of this title\n\nknowing the statement made to be false or misleading in a material\n\nrespect, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a Class C2 felony\n\noffense and shall be fined not more than One Hundred Thousand\n\nDollars ($100,000.00), or imprisoned as provided for in subsections\n\nB through F of Section 20M of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or\n\nboth such fine and imprisonment. An individual convicted of\n\nviolating a rule adopted or order issued under this act may be\n\nfined, but may not be imprisoned, if the individual did not have\n\nknowledge of the rule or order.\n\nB. This act does not limit the power of this state to punish a\n\nperson for conduct that constitutes a crime under other laws of this\n\nstate.\n\nC.
