The Administrator shall maintain, or designate a person to\n\nmaintain, a register of applications for registration of securities;\n\nregistration statements; notice filings; applications for\n\nregistration of broker-dealers, agents, investment advisers, and\n\ninvestment adviser representatives; notice filings by federal\n\ncovered investment advisers that are or have been effective under\n\nthis act or the predecessor act; notices of claims of exemption from\n\nregistration or notice filing requirements contained in a record;\n\norders issued under this act or the predecessor act; and\n\ninterpretative opinions or no action determinations issued under\n\nthis act.\n\nB. The Administrator shall make all rules, forms,\n\ninterpretative opinions, and orders available to the public.\n\nC. The Administrator shall furnish a copy of a record that is a\n\npublic record or a certification that the public record does not\n\nexist to a person who so requests. The charge for furnishing the\n\nrecord or certification shall be specified in Section 1-612 of this\n\ntitle.
