Defining fraudulent, evasive, deceptive or grossly unfair\n\npractices in connection with multinational corporation take-over\n\nbids, and the terms used in this act;\n\n2. Exempting from this act multinational corporation take-over\n\nbids not made for the purpose of, and not having the effect of,\n\nchanging or influencing the control of a target company; and\n\n3.
