It is unlawful and deemed a Class D3 felony offense for any\n\nperson to offer or dispose of any interest in subdivided land\n\nlocated in this state or to offer or dispose in this state of any\n\nsubdivided land located without this state unless it is registered\n\nunder this Code or the land or transaction is exempt under Sections\n\n622 or 623 of this Code.\n\nB.
