Agents shall make and keep all accounts, correspondence,\n\nmemoranda, papers, books and other records as the Administrator by\n\nrule requires and shall keep them for at least six (6) years, and\n\nfor the first three (3) years in a readily accessible location,\n\nunless the Administrator by rule prescribes otherwise. The\n\nAdministrator may require that copies of any such records be\n\nprovided by the agent to the subdivider for retention and inspection\n\nby the Administrator under such rules as the Administrator may\n\nprescribe. All required records shall be made available to the\n\nAdministrator upon request for inspection at his or her office or\n\nsuch other place as he or she may require. The Administrator may\n\naccept copies of records at his or her discretion.\n\nB.
