Stat. tit. 71, § 71-643","heading":"Contracts - Voiding - Rescinding - Revoking","body":"In connection with dispositions of subdivided lands required to\n\nbe registered under this Code:\n\n1. Any contract or agreement for the disposition is voidable at\n\nthe discretion of the purchasers if the public offering statement\n\nhas not been given to the purchasers as required by subsection A of\n\nSection 626 of this Code; and\n\n2. A purchaser has an unconditional right to rescind any\n\ncontract, agreement or other evidence of indebtedness, or to revoke\n\nany offer, until five (5) days after the date the purchaser actually\n\nreceives a legible copy of the signed contract, agreement or other\n\nevidence of indebtedness or offer and the public offering statement.\n\nUntil five (5) days after a purchaser actually receives all\n\ndocuments, a right to rescind may be exercised.
