This Code shall be administered by the Administrator of the\n\nDepartment of Securities.\n\nB. It is unlawful for the Administrator or any of his officers\n\nor employees to use for personal benefit any information which is\n\nfiled with or obtained by the Administrator and which is not\n\ngenerally available to the public.
