Unless otherwise provided by law, the following are the fees\n\nthat shall be charged by the Administrator pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nSubdivided Land Sales Code. No additional fees shall be assessed or\n\ncharged pursuant to rule or regulation of the Administrator. Once\n\npaid, such fees shall be nonrefundable.\n\n1. Filing fee for advertising or promotional materials...$10.00\n\n6. Copying fee:\n\nc. Certified copy 8 1/2\" by 14\"\n\nd. Certified copy larger than 8\n\n7. Document search fee for commercial purpose....$20.00 per hour\n\n8. Initial application for registration of subdivided land\n\npursuant to Section 625 of this title:\n\n9. Renewal application for registration of subdivided land\n\npursuant to Section 627 of this title:\n\nnot previously registered\n\npursuant to the Initial\n\nApplication or prior\n\nRenewal Application filed\n\npursuant to this Code.\n\n10. Charges for an on-site examination of a subdivision\n\nconducted pursuant to Section 627 of this title shall be billed to\n\nthe subdivider being examined at a rate of $25.00 per hour per\n\nemployee for the time spent by each Department employee in traveling\n\nto and from the examination site, conducting the examination, and\n\npreparing the examination report. In addition, the Department shall\n\nbe reimbursed for all actual expenses incurred in conducting such\n\nexaminations including travel expenses, per diem, lodging, and other\n\nrelated expenses of Department employees conducting the examination,\n\nthe cost of supplies, materials, photocopying, long distance\n\ntelephone calls, and postage; and costs of technical, expert or\n\nspecial services required in connection with such examination.\n\nB. All fees and other charges collected by the Administrator\n\npursuant to this section shall be deposited in the General Revenue\n\nFund except for the following fees and charges which shall be\n\ndeposited in the Oklahoma Department of Securities Revolving Fund\n\nestablished pursuant to Section 1-612 of this title:\n\n1. The fees collected pursuant to paragraphs 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7\n\nof subsection A of this section;\n\n2. The fees collected pursuant to the provisions of Section 627\n\nof this title as provided in paragraph 10 of subsection A of this\n\nsection; and\n\n3.
